Bel Canto celebrates the Winter and Christmas Season with music for choir, strings and flutes, and piano. We will feature four movements from
Messe De Minuit, by Baroque composer Marc-Antoine Charpentier,
accompanied by a chamber ensemble of string quintet and flutes.
Also on the program are several French carols and pieces by Gjeilo, Rutter, and Leontovich/Wilhousky, along with some traditional spiritual arrangements.
