Bel Canto Chamber Singers is one of the Upper Valley’s oldest performing organizations. Founded in 1977, the chorus is dedicated to providing audiences with a broad spectrum of repertoire; from Medieval, Renaissance, Baroque, Classical and Romantic choral classics to spirituals, folk songs and 20th/21st century contemporary works, including commissions by local, regional, national and international composers.
Bel Canto is an auditioned SATB ensemble of experienced choral singers who hail from towns around the Upper Valley region of New Hampshire and Vermont. The group is led by Jane Woods, Music Director. Jeanne Chambers provides piano accompaniment and solos.
